The [[adi>en/products/ad4116.html|AD4116]] is a highly accurate, high resolution, multiplexed, Σ Δ ADC with eleven single-ended or six differential voltage inputs, a voltage range of ±10 V and additional 2 differential or 4 single-ended/pseudo differential direct ADC inputs provides excellent performance at lower input ranges. The maximum channel to channel scan rate is 12.4 kSPS (80 µs) for fully settled data. The output data rates range from 1.25 SPS to 62.5 kSPS. The device includes integrated analog reference buffers, an integrated precision 2.5 V reference, and an integrated oscillator. | The [[adi>en/products/ad4116.html|AD4116]] is a highly accurate, high resolution, multiplexed, Σ Δ ADC with eleven single-ended or six differential voltage inputs, a voltage range of ±10 V and additional 2 differential or 4 single-ended/pseudo differential direct ADC inputs provides excellent performance at lower input ranges.
