A correctly configured host controller board running the ADI Kuiper Linux for ACE Evaluation image, should be visible in the Windows Device Manager as a number of USB gadgets. Looking at the hardware shown under the 'USB Serial Bus Devices' node in the Windows Device Manager, there should be an 'IIO' child node, and under the 'Ports (COM & LPT) one or more serial ports that are part of a composite USB device.
