 +===== Connections =====
 +To run the sample demo, the following setup connections are to be made.
 +
 +==== Evaluation boards ====
 +A2B Evaluation boards shall be connected in the following order
 +  - EVAL-AD2430WD1BZ (Main) <–>EVAL-AD2428WB1BZ (Sub 0) <–> EVAL-AD2430WC1BZ (Sub 1) as shown in Figure 16
 +  - Connect twisted-pair wire between the A2B connector on the Main board and the “A” connector on the Sub 0 board.
 +  - Connect twisted-pair wire between the “B” connector on the Sub 0 board and the A2B connector on the Sub 1 board.
 +  - Connect 12V power supply to the power connector (P7) on AD2430WD1BZ board.
 +<note>This connection is recommended for running the sample demo using PC as host. Refer Section 5 for more details on using ADSP-21569 as host processor.</note>

 +
 +**Figure 16:** A2B Eval board connections
 +
 +==== USBi ====
 +  * Attach an USBi cable to the main board connector P6 as shown in Figure 16. Other end of the cable should be connected to the PC.
 +  * This connection is required to override the schematic for the main node SigmaDSP ADAU1452. The connection is also used to directly control A2B system when PC is used as the target processor.
 +
 +==== Audio In/out ====
 +  * Connect separate audio sources (e.g., output from an iPod) to ‘Audio Line- in’ on AD2428WB1BZ as shown in Figure 16
 +  * Connect separate audio sinks (e.g., active speakers) to ‘Audio Line-out’ ports, shown in Figure 16, on AD2430WD1BZ and AD2428WB1BZ.
 +
 +
 +===== Sample Demo Setup =====
 +Using SigmaStudio+ the A2B system can be directly controlled from a connected computer without involving a microcontroller or a DSP. This mode is helpful for quick testing of the capabilities of AD24xx without the need for a microcontroller in the system.
 +
 +<note>Please refer Appendices A and B for information about navigating in SigmaStudio+ for A2B use-case. A block diagram of a 3 node A2B system with PC as Host is shown below.</note>

 +
 +===== SC59x EZ-Kit Mode =====
 +This section describes the steps to run the demo using EV-SC594-SOM with AD2430.
 +*Note:* Running this demo requires CrossCore Embedded Studio to be installed on the machine. For details, refer section 2.1.1
 +
 +==== Setup ====
 +The hardware connections to be done are described below.
 +A2B Evaluation boards shall be connected in the following order
 +  - EV-SC594-SOM (Rev B) <-> EV-SOMCRR-EZKIT (Rev A) <–>Eval-AD2430WD1BZ(Main) <-> EVAL-AD2428WB1BZ (Sub 0) <–> EVAL-AD2430WC1BZ (Sub 1) as shown in Figure 18
 +  - Connect twisted-pair wire between the “B” connector on the Main board and the “A” connector on the Sub 0 board. Repeat the same connection between Sub 0 and Sub 1
 +  - Connect 12V power supply to the power connector (P8) on EV-SOMCRR-EZKIT board.
 +  - Connect 12V power supply to the power connector (P7) on Eval-AD2430WDZ board.
 +  - Attach JTAG to P1 on EV-SC594-SOM board and other end of JTAG to USB port of PC.
 +  - Connect audio source (e.g., output from an iPod) to ‘Audio Line- in’ ports, shown in Figure 18, AD2428WB1BZ boards.
 +  - Connect separate audio sinks (e.g., active speakers) to ‘Audio Line-out’ ports, shown Figure 18, on EV-SOMCRR-EZKIT and AD2428WB1BZ boards.

 +
 +=== Jumper settings for EV-SOMCRR-EZKIT ===
 +There are no additional jumper settings needed for the purpose of this demo. The jumper settings should be maintained as mentioned in the EV-SOMCRR-EZKIT manual default configuration.
 +
 +=== Running target framework on EV-SOMCRR EZ-KIT ===
 +  - Ensure that the “Boot Mode” switch is set to 0 on the EV-SC594-SOM EZ-KIT board.
 +  - Connect the JTAG (ICE 1000 or ICE 2000) and power on the board with the setup as shown in 3.4.4.1 .
 +  - Create Debug Session in CCES by clicking Run -> Debug Configurations -> Application with CrossCore Debugger -> Sharc -> SC594 -> Emulator -> ICE 1000 / 2000 -> Finish
 +  - Select the SC59x dxe to be loaded and click Debug to start the session as shown below.
 +  - In the Debug Window, Run F5 to execute sample demo.
