The following commands enable the LNA on RX1A channel.
This specifies any shell prompt running on the target
root@analog:~# cd /sys/kernel/debug/iio/iio:device1 root@analog:/sys/kernel/debug/iio/iio:device1# echo 1 > agpio4_direction root@analog:/sys/kernel/debug/iio/iio:device1# echo 1 > agpio4_value
When RXB or TXB channels need to be used the RF Add-on board could be powered on with the following commands. Once the RF Add-on is powered up the TX amplifieres will be turned on.
This specifies any shell prompt running on the target
root@analog:/# cd /sys/class/gpio root@analog:/sys/class/gpio# echo 475 > export root@analog:/sys/class/gpio# cd gpio475 root@analog:/sys/class/gpio/gpio475# echo out > direction root@analog:/sys/class/gpio/gpio475# echo 1 > value
The transceiver TX could be routed to the main board output connector (TXA) or to the RF Add-on board (TXB). The out_voltage0_port_select and out_voltage1_port_select attributes allows us to select the desired TX1 respective TX2 outputs. Below is a command example showing how to configure TX1 channel to TX1B (RF Add-on output).
This specifies any shell prompt running on the target
root@analog:/# cd /sys/bus/iio/devices/iio:device1 root@analog:/sys/bus/iio/devices/iio:device1# cat out_voltage0_port_select_available tx_a tx_b root@analog:/sys/bus/iio/devices/iio:device1# echo tx_b > out_voltage0_port_select
The default configuration for most of the projects is to use the HDMI output, but for this project the DisplayPort is used.
In order for it to work, you should follow the steps described here: DisplayPort No Picture
After following the steps, the board should be rebooted.
