All ADIS16xxx (DUT) devices connect to the EVAL-ADIS2 through a **__breakout board__**. There are two different types of breakout boards: __Model-specific__ and __Generic__. __Model-specific__ breakout boards typically support products that require solder-reflow attachment, while __Generic__ breakout boards typically support products that use some form of "press-in" connectors. So, the __Model-specific__ breakout boards typically come have their DUT already installed onto the board, while the __Generic__ breakout boards do not include the DUT (they have to be purchased separately). | All ADIS16xxx (DUT) devices connect to the EVAL-ADIS2 through a **__breakout board__**. The following table provides a summary of the most appropriate breakout board for each ADIS16xxx device, which uses a __Generic__ breakout board to connect with the EVAL-ADIS2. **TIP:** Hover the mouse pointer over the breakout board (heading row in the table), right click on it, then click on **Open in new tab** to open useful setup instructions for that breakout board, in a new tab. |
