ADICUP3029 Compliance Testing and Results

Introduction

Regulatory compliance means conforming to a rule, such as a specification, policy, standard or law. Most products that ships into a country need to pass a variety of tests and regulations specific to that country.

Due to the increasing number of regulations, organizations are increasingly adopting the use of consolidated sets of compliance controls. This means once you normally get one, you can have them all.

Reports

The ADICUP3029 passes all requirements of the CE tests.

What are all these logos?

All the products described on this page include ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive devices. Electrostatic charges as high as 4000V readily accumulate on the human body or test equipment and can discharge without detection.

Although the boards feature ESD protection circuitry, permanent damage may occur on devices subjected to high-energy electrostatic discharges. Therefore, proper ESD precautions are recommended to avoid performance degradation or loss of functionality. This includes removing static charge on external equipment, cables, or antennas before connecting to the device.

Although this device has RF transmit capabilities, since the default operation/firmware does not enable any RF emissions this product is not certified as an intentional transmitter. While in the default mode, it has been verified not to emit harmful emissions to other devices, and has the ability to accept emissions from other devices. The RF transmit functionality should only be enabled by people skilled in the art of RF electronics, in appropriate area, such as an RF anechoic chamber. Failing to follow these recommendations, end users could be subject to country government penalty or fine.
